June 2020 Market Update

Holy smokes!

The market is HOT HOT HOT! Just wrapped up another multiple offer win for a buyer client, that's 2 in the last 3 weeks.

Our usual spring market didn't happen due to COVID-19. Pent-up demand has created a bit of a buying frenzy. Multiple offers are happening left-n-right. If you wait even 1 day, some homes are already pending or sold!

Buyers are feeling the pressure to jump new listings the moment they hit the market. Now I should clarify - this is mostly only happening in the single family sector under $800,000.00

As in any market though, pricing it right will always guarantee a quicker sale. Sellers can benefit by making sure they're not pricing themselves too high. Buyers - make sure you book an appointment to view that dream home right away, don't wait and make sure you are pre-approved financially. Have a home to sell? make sure you're ready to go with your property ready to list or already on the market. Time is money! and you can't afford to not be ready.
